Soapbox Moms: Anti-Racist Parenting (Part 2)

Join us for Part 2 of the Anti-Racist Parenting Workshop. Those who did not attend Part 1 are also welcome and will receive a PDF of information shared in Part 1.  

In Part 2 speaker Karina Martir, School Principal who holds an M.S. in Educational Psychology, and host Margaret Hinch, Soapbox Women Advisor and parent of two, continue the discussion of anti-racist parenting with actionable steps for doing the work in our own lives so we can help our children grow in the practice of Anti-Racism.  

We will cover how to initiate family conversations about racism and inequity with kids of any age. We'll share ways to incorporate multiculturalism in your home that will help you raise children who see diversity as a welcome norm.   Event Fee 

Tickets are offered on a pay-what-you-can basis. We invite participants to name their price commensurate with the value being offered in the workshop and what you can afford. Suggested price: $15. 100% of the proceeds will go to our speaker, Karina Martir.
