About the Event

Pandemics, layoffs, mass protesting, cultural unrest, elections, mergers, financial uncertainty, illness or death in the family... these are just a few of the numerous crisis we are facing right now as individuals, leaders, and companies. Navigating unwanted and unpredictable transition can be daunting, difficult and downright overwhelming… it can also be an amazing opportunity for resilience and growth.

How and what you think greatly impacts how successful you are, especially in times of rapid change or crisis. Your perspective and attitude inform your actions and your life approach – and your mindset makes the difference in your ability to move beyond simply survival of the situation to create the ultimate success you are striving for.

In this interactive virtual workshop we will:

  • Explore the current crisis and identify the personal impacts resulting from it.
  • Identify the story we have created about the situation, and learn how to retell it.
  • Shift from a fixed mindset to a growth mindset.
  • Focus on developing an abundance attitude.
  • Discover the opportunities hidden in the current situation.
