CECILY CHAMBERS (Moderator)

Cecily Chambers, born and raised in Los Angeles by two creative parents in show business, is the founder and owner of FORM Artists Inc. a female owned and operated agency based in Venice Beach representing photographers, directors, art directors and creative directors in the entertainment, advertising, editorial & music worlds.  Her artists are based in LA, NYC and LDN.

Cecily is passionate about all things visual, whether that be photography, fashion, interior design, light & color.

Cecily is a cohost of Structured Mischief, a podcast full of conversations with mischief makers, innovators, activists and entrepreneurs who have taken risks and broken rules, to create the right kind of trouble.

CHELSEA DONSKER

Chelsea Donsker is the Vice President of Account Services at Art Machine, the design division within Trailer Park Group in Hollywood, and has worked on many successful film, television and new media key art campaigns in her career. She is especially proud of the last five years that she's spent as part of Art Machine's award-winning team. Chelsea also takes pride in having played an active role in some of Trailer Park Group's anti-racism initiatives. As a bi-racial woman from a Black father and English mother, she is passionate about equal growth and opportunity within the industry, especially for W.O.C and working mothers like herself.

Outside of her professional life, Chelsea loves all things design, cooking and family, so you'll likely find her at a local farmer's market with her 3 year old son or helping her husband with home renovation projects.

NIA LEE

Nia Lee is an award winning marketer,  creative director, and artist based in Los Angeles, California.  She currently works at Netflix Inc. where she executes 360 marketing campaigns for original series.  In her free time she runs Stormé Supper Club, a radical queer dinner series for queer women and non-binary people of color.
