About Our Speakers
Margaret Hinch is the CEO of Thought Lens LLC, a Human Resources Consulting Company that centers the people that create the community and environment of an organization. She has 23 years of experience in the human centered approach of this work. In all of Margaret’s positions, she has built HR departments and practices from the ground up, ranging from conflict resolution practices to generating cost-effective recruitment strategies. Â
Sandra Lima has over 15 years of experience in facilities and workplace operations for tech giants such as Apple Inc., Beats by Dr. Dre, and Uber. With past projects ranging from building prototype labs to working with key stakeholders on establishing new campuses, Sandra has now brought her skillset to Liquid+Arcade, an ad agency, where she has the initiative of reimagining the workplace environment while facing the challenges of the new normal. Â
Liliana Clough is a HR profession with over 10 years experience in the entertainment industry with such companies as FremantleMedia and Warner Bros. Since 2015, she’s been the HR Director at the Southern California Institute of Architecture (SCI-Arc), one of the nation’s few independent architecture schools.
